Repair of Lenin Street started in Ulan-Ude in Buryatia

In the city of Ulan-Ude in Buryatia, the repair of Lenin Street starts on the section from Kirov to Kuibyshev. Mayor Igor Shutenkov told about this on his page on the VKontakte social network.

"This year we are comprehensively working on landscaping in the city center. We are putting the Alexander Garden in order, expanding the parking lot, and also repairing a 180—meter-long stretch of road," Shutenkov said.

UlanMedia clarifies that the roadway and pedestrian zones will be put in order on Lenin, new trees will be planted and paths will be set up for mothers with strollers, the elderly and people with limited mobility.

The contractor has already installed temporary signs. He will carry out all the main work mainly at night.
