In Moscow, a post office was robbed on Medikov Street in the Tsaritsyno district, as a result of which about 4.8 million rubles were stolen. This was reported on August 8 in the Moscow prosecutor's office.
"Previously, about 4.8 million rubles were stolen," the department's Telegram channel clarified.
A source told Izvestia that the perpetrators were a man and a woman who allegedly fled in a taxi after the robbery.
It is noted that on the morning of August 8, they broke into the post office in masks and, threatening an employee with a pistol-like object, stole money.
The Prosecutor's Office of the Southern Administrative District controls the establishment of the circumstances of the theft and the location of the intruders.
In May, attackers stole 127 million rubles from a man near Moscow City and fled by taxi. It was clarified that three unknown men approached the man on the embankment, after a conversation they beat him and took his suitcase, then disappeared into one of the shopping malls in the west of the capital.
