Umejon Soliyev, who brought weapons for the perpetrators of the terrorist attack in Crocus City Hall, wants to send money as compensation to the victims in order to mitigate his punishment. Lawyer Ksenia Trunova, who represents the interests of 130 victims, told about this on August 7.

"A warning was sounded that, regardless of the victims' wishes, amounts insignificant in relation to the nature of the harm caused and the depth of the victims' suffering would be sent by mail, and receipts would subsequently be presented to the court in order to mitigate the punishment of the accused," she told TASS.
