A pedestrian was killed by a minibus in the Moscow region.
In the Moscow region, a pedestrian was killed as a result of a minibus hitting 27 km of the M-5 Ural highway. This was announced on August 7 by the press service of the Main directorate (GU) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the region in the Telegram channel.
"According to preliminary information, a driver born in 1986, driving a Gazelle minibus without passengers, ran over a man born in 1985 who was crossing the roadway outside the pedestrian crossing area," the statement said.
It is reported that the victim died on the spot from his injuries. Currently, traffic police officers are investigating the circumstances of the accident.
On August 6, one person was killed and four others were injured in an accident in the Sverdlovsk region. The accident occurred on the 37th km of the Nizhny Tagil– Nizhnyaya Salda highway. Traffic police officers and operational services began work at the scene.
Earlier that day, four adults and a child were injured in an accident involving six cars on the Kavkaz highway in the Leskensky district of Kabardino-Balkaria. All the injured were taken to a medical facility, there is no threat to their lives.
