The renovation of St. Anastasia's Chapel, located near the Olginsky Bridge, has been completed in Pskov. This was reported to the Pskov News feed in the Pskov Museum-Reserve.

The facades of the architectural monument were renovated free of charge by Vera and Nadezhda LLC. The specialists cleaned the facades of mold and greenery, renewed the plaster, painted the doors, walls and shutters.

The first mention of the Anastasiev Chapel on the banks of the Velikaya River dates back to 1710. But the current architectural site was laid out in 1911. The current building was designed by architect Alexey Shchusev, and in 1913 the chapel was painted by restorer Grigory Chirikov based on sketches by the famous artist Nicholas Roerich.

According to the publication, in the future the chapel is planned to be moved to 28 m to the south.

In June, it was reported that by the end of 2025, all work in the Pskov Church of St. Nicholas with Usokha should be completed in Pskov. The Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker from Usokha was built in 1535. It is included in the UNESCO Cultural Heritage List. As part of the restoration, the specialists managed to recreate the volume of the southern limit of the church, which is based on drawings by architect Yuri Spegalsky.
