VKontakte Fandom Fest announced the first part of the 2025 program
VKontakte Fandom Fest presents the 2025 program. The event will take place on November 22 and 23 in Moscow at the Main Stage. Singer and blogger from China Xing Kaizheng will perform on the main stage. The program includes concerts, autograph sessions with popular actors and authors, presentations of new films and exclusives from future premieres. For the first time, the VK Play space will open with a lecture hall, a game and a photo zone. There are new tickets on the event's website: Fan, Superfan and Kind.
The festival begins to announce the artists of the main stage. Chinese singer and blogger Xing Kaizheng will perform there: he gained viral popularity after participating in Russian-language music shows and is now a soloist in a Turkish Choir. The line-up will be replenished with famous representatives of pop culture.
The VK Play zone will open, where presentations of new projects, exclusive film screenings, master classes and Q&A sessions will take place. There will be three playgrounds in the space: a game room, a VK Play Talks lecture hall and an interactive photo zone. Guests will be able to try out popular and new games from VK Play on computers, participate in tournaments and challenges. In the lecture, developers and experts from the gaming industry will discuss games as a new art form, trends in Asian and Russian game development, the role of neural networks in the industry, and the phenomenon of Black Myth: Wukong.
For the first time, the dubbing studio "Studio Gang" will work at the festival. Her actors voiced the characters of the popular anime "Attack of the Titans", "Blade cleaving demons", "Dandandan", "Boy and Bird". Anastasia Portnaya, Anna Mosolova, and Alexander Skidanov will take the main stage.
In a public talk from the Like Book publishing house, guests will meet with one of the most popular authors of the Russian young adult, Asya Lavrinovich. The writer is taking part in the VKontakte Fandom Fest for the first time. The editors of the MYTH.Prose will invite you to project presentations: Arina Zimering will present "How to catch a monster. The third circle. Book 1" is a new part of the popular trilogy, and Rita Hoffman will talk about the continuation of the dark fantasy "Red Disaster". BUBBLE Publishing House is organizing a public talk with screenwriters and artists Natalia Nightday Vorontsova, Jamila Zulpikarova, Valentin Potkin, Anastasia Phobs Kim, editor-in-chief Ksenia Shpaletskaya and BUBBLE editor-in-chief Roman Kotkov.
Marshmallow Books will hold a meeting with book bloggers. Irina Skugar, Lisa Varvara Aranova, Lyudmila Lichi and Maria Markova will discuss the plots of school classics and rewrite the annotations to books so that they will want to be read in 2025. Eva Merkacheva, a writer and human rights activist, Vasily Beinarovich (Faust), a psychiatrist, and Kamilla Magamedova, the author of the book "True Dates", will talk about Tru-edge at the Alpina publishing group's public talk. The meetings will be moderated by Angelina Kartunova, blogger and influencer manager of the publishing group.
On the main stage, meetings will be held with the creators and actors of upcoming films: the film adaptation of the book "Your Heart will be broken", the third season of the series "Vampires of the Middle Lane", the feature film "Smeshariki" and the detective action "Black Silk". Star guests, including actors Veronika Zhuravleva, Dania Vegas and Zheng Hanyi, will answer questions, hold autograph sessions and exclusively present fragments from future film premieres for visitors of the VKontakte Fandom Fest. For the first time, the festival will show video footage from the film "Return to Silent Hill", which is scheduled for release in 2026.
In addition to regular tickets, three new categories have appeared on the official website of the festival: Fan, Superfan and Kind. Guests with a Fan ticket will have access to the fan zone right in front of the stage, access to the autograph session without registration and a separate entrance. One adult and one child up to and including 13 years old will be able to attend the festival with a family Fan Ticket. The Superfan Ticket includes all Fan Ticket options, as well as exclusive access to autograph sessions and limited-edition merch. Part of the proceeds from the sale of Kind tickets will go to help homeless animals: 100 rubles from each one—day ticket, 150 rubles from each two—day ticket. The campaign is held jointly with the RAY Foundation and the VK Dobro service. Along with tickets in this category, festival guests will receive an exclusive sticker pack with the foundation's wards.
