The Russian Foreign Ministry announced an attack on the car of the Russian diplomatic mission near Jerusalem

On July 30, an official car of the Representative Office of the Russian Federation to the Palestinian National Authority was attacked in the area of the illegal Israeli settlement of Givat Assaf near Jerusalem. This was reported on the website of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

According to the Foreign Ministry, employees of the Russian diplomatic mission accredited to the Israeli Foreign Ministry were in the car. A car with diplomatic license plates was attacked by a group of settlers, resulting in mechanical damage to the vehicle. During the incident, the attackers verbally threatened Russian diplomats.
