Zakharova called on international structures to assess the Hutsul verdict

International structures are obliged to give an objective assessment of the verdict of the head of Gagauzia, Evgenia Gutsul. This was announced on Tuesday, August 5, by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.

"International human rights organizations cannot ignore another fact of the lawlessness of the Chisinau regime and are obliged to give it an objective assessment," Zakharova is quoted as saying on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

She added that the Hutsul verdict was the culmination of repression against the Gagauz Autonomy by the authorities in Moldova.
