Analysts of Domclick named the most expensive apartments on the secondary market
Domclick studied the offer of premium class apartments in the ready-to-buy housing market and compiled the top 5 most expensive lots on its showcase. Most of these facilities are concentrated in Moscow — of the hundreds of most expensive offers, only one is located outside the capital — in St. Petersburg.
The leader in value among second homes was a panoramic penthouse for 2.8 billion rubles with an area of 952 square meters. m in Granatny lane in Moscow near the Patriarchal Ponds. The second place is occupied by a six-room apartment for 2 billion rubles with a total area of 443 square meters. m in the residential complex "Dvoryanskoe gnezdo". The top three is completed by a seven-room apartment with an area of 470 sq. m. m for 1.8 billion rubles on Prechistenskaya Street in Moscow.
The penultimate line of the top 5 is a historical object with an area of 1000 square meters. m for 1.7 billion rubles in the center of St. Petersburg. In fifth place is a 453—square-meter penthouse for 1.7 billion rubles on Moscow's Kotelnicheskaya Embankment.
According to Domclick, despite the exclusivity of the facilities, the situation in the real estate market of the ekstraklasa follows a similar track to mass housing. New premium class buildings are more expensive than similar ready-made apartments.
Earlier, analysts named the most expensive primary real estate objects on display at Domclick. Of the hundred most expensive apartments in new buildings, only five are located outside Moscow: four in St. Petersburg and one in Sochi.
