Putin positively assessed the talks between Russia and Ukraine

"I assess it positively on the whole, but how can you not positively assess the fact that hundreds of people have returned to their homeland," Putin said at a press conference following a meeting with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.
Putin also stressed that negotiations are always in demand and always important. "Especially if it's a desire for peace."
In addition, the Russian leader, during the settlement of the conflict, it is necessary to conduct a thorough dialogue in a calm mode.
