The procedure of uniting kindergartens has been completed in Murmansk

The procedure for merging legal entities of kindergartens has been completed in Murmansk. As a result of the reorganization, 34 heads of preschool educational organizations were dismissed.

According to the Bi-port news agency, with reference to the city administration, it reports that on July 23, 15 managers were dismissed by agreement of the parties, 16 due to staff cuts. Three more were laid off due to staff cuts on July 30.

The administration stressed that those who lost their positions were offered vacancies. Some retired, they were laid off for redundancy. The rest will remain in the city education system.

The city authorities expect that after the unification of the teaching staff, the new system will become more manageable. Institutions will have the opportunity to use their property efficiently, reduce duplicate costs, and begin to manage resources more efficiently, focusing them on priority areas.

The agency notes that the decree on the reorganization of kindergartens in Murmansk was signed in April. It was planned to dismiss 42 managers.

In early July, it was reported that a modular swimming pool would be installed in the residential area of Roslyakovo in Murmansk. The area between houses No. 4 and 5 on Zelenaya Street, where the playground is now located, was chosen for the installation of the pool. According to the city authorities, it was installed a long time ago and is already obsolete.
