Drones attacked one of the industrial enterprises of the Penza region. Oleg Melnichenko, the governor of the region, wrote about this on July 31 in his Telegram channel.

"An attack by enemy drones on one of our industrial enterprises has been carried out again. There are no casualties or damage," the report says.
