Italian composer Celso Valli has died.
Celso Valli, an outstanding Italian composer and producer, has died at the age of 75. This was announced on July 28 by the Doremifasol portal.
"Valli was born in Bologna on May 14, 1950 and passed away today in his hometown, leaving behind a huge legacy of songs, iconic collaborations and moments that defined entire generations," the publication says.
The portal noted that the composer played an important role in the development of Italian music. He has worked with such famous musicians as Adriano Celentano, Mina, Eros Ramazzotti, Vasco Rossi and Andrea Bocelli.
His compositions were used in the films The Godfather 3 by Francis Ford Coppola and the crime drama Blood Ties.
