DDX Fitness FEST 2025 was held in Kolomenskoye

Last weekend, the Kolomenskoye Museum-Reserve hosted a large-scale festival of fitness, active lifestyle and healthy lifestyle. Various workouts, spiritual practices, Russian Folk with an orchestra of Russian folk instruments, trampolining, performances by popular artists and meetings with bloggers — it's difficult to list everything that the organizers, the DDX Fitness fitness club chain, have prepared for the guests.

More than 150 group training sessions, a warm-up session with world champion figure skater Lisa Tuktamysheva, gift draws, a ninja show obstacle course, therapeutic drawing, a chess tournament and family game quizzes were held for the festival guests. The organizers of the festival held a BodyCombat with elements of martial arts, Body Ballet with rock music and DDX Balance, a new training area, which premiered with live musical accompaniment by cellists. The festival's partners also held their own workshops and lectures, as well as presented gifts for participating in the events.

Visitors to the lecture hall were able to participate in a Public talk with the Olympic crew of the Russian national bobsleigh team “ROSTRUSTEAM”, as well as talk with Sergey Chernyshev, the first champion of the Youth Olympic Games in the history of breaking. In addition, there were lectures on fashion, nutrition, training and a healthy lifestyle, business and scooters.

For those who decided to improve their spiritual health, separate venues were organized for solstice, meditation, massage, yoga, as well as a pottery workshop. We didn't forget about the little visitors either — animators, giant jenga and big tic-tac-toe games, children's basketball, air hockey, twister, fun starts and much more were waiting for them.

The star guests of DDX Fitness FEST were the headliners of the evening concerts of the festival – JONY and Polina Gagarina.

DDX Fitness records Russian records every year as part of its festivals, and this year was no exception. The most massive functional training in Russia, DDX Core, was listed in the Russian Book of Records due to the simultaneous participation of 333 people.

The record for the largest solstice, which was attended by 204 people, was registered by BRICS RECORD, an independent and permanent international registrar of records and outstanding achievements of the BRICS and BRICS+ countries.
