A resident of a house in Astrakhan, part of which collapsed, managed to take her daughter out of the apartment and go outside. She told Izvestia about this on July 28.

According to Tatiana Nikolaeva, she was in the store at the time of the incident.

"I come up here, I see that the second floor has collapsed. I'm running home because I have a kid there. I ran in and said, "Daughter, get dressed!" I just grabbed the documents and jumped out," she said.

The woman clarified that she had been renting an apartment in the next building for more than a year. Her apartment was not damaged.

"We knew that the house was in disrepair, but we didn't think that would happen. <...> Now I don't know if we'll take things from there or not," Nikolaeva concluded.

It is specified that the collapse was recorded in part of the apartments from the fifth to the first floor.
