Often, people, seeking to obtain useful components from their food, may overeat certain foods, such as eggs. About how many eggs a day you can eat, July 27, "Gazeta.Ru" was told by the executive director of the Scientific Research Center "Healthy Nutrition", nutritionist, hepatologist Nuria Dianova.

"Yes, eggs contain cholesterol, but they also contain lecithin and vitamins A, D, and E. Generally, one yolk per day is more than enough, but it's better to consume it every other day," explained Diana.

According to the doctor, egg yolk is a stimulant of the gallbladder, which can cause a choleretic effect, leading to various unpleasant consequences. At the same time, eggs can be beneficial for people with liver disease.

Earlier, on July 24, nutritionist Elena Solomatina reported that bananas, milk, fish and seafood, eggs, soy, nuts are the most allergenic foods. The doctor noted that in some countries sesame, mustard and celery are also included.
