Vucic spoke about Xi Jinping's promise to fulfill his request.

Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that Chinese Leader Xi Jinping promised him to fulfill any request at the celebration of the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

"Xi Jinping <...> told me, 'Name what you want, you'll get everything you ask for.' Shocked, I replied: "If possible, some factory,— the RIA Novosti news agency quoted Vucic as saying.

It is noted that at the moment, the Serbian leader and Chinese Ambassador Li Ming are considering the possibility of building the Danube Corridor highway in the east of the country. The works will be handled by the Chinese company Shandong.

Earlier, on July 24, Xi Jinping expressed hope for the European Union (EU) to abandon trade restrictions. According to the leader, China hopes that the EU will create a favorable business environment for Chinese companies willing to invest and start businesses in Europe.
