A residential quarter will appear in the south of Moscow under the KRT project
A modern residential quarter will be built in the Danilovsky district of Moscow on Pavlovskaya Street as part of the Integrated Territorial Development Program (CDT). This was announced by Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction.
It is planned to reorganize two plots with a total area of 2.24 hectares. Almost 55 thousand square meters of housing will be built here, writes RT. Social and business infrastructure facilities are also provided, NSN notes.
Investments in the project will amount to 13.4 billion rubles, with an expected annual budget effect of 70.8 million rubles. More than 570 jobs will be created, Moscow 24 reports.
According to Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Department of Urban Planning Policy, apartments with a total area of about 23.6 thousand square meters will be built next to the Tulskaya metro station, which will provide housing for about 800 people. Playgrounds and sports grounds are being set up in the courtyards.
There will also be an ambulance substation for 15 vehicles, a multifunctional community and business center and new roads that will connect the block with existing buildings.
