Citizens of China and Belarus were killed in the crash of An An-24 aircraft operated by Angara Airlines near Tynda in the Amur region. This was announced by the Russian Foreign Ministry on July 25.

"Russia has received with regret the news of the tragedy involving the An-24 aircraft operated by Angara Airlines in the Amur region. There were two foreign citizens of Belarus and China among the 42 passengers," the ministry said in a media statement posted on its website.
