Russian synchronized swimmers won silver medals at the World Acrobatics Championships
On July 25, Russian synchronized swimmers won silver medals in acrobatic group competitions at the World Aquatics Championships in Singapore.
The Russian synchronized swimming team consisting of Anna Andrianova, Anastasia Bakhtureva, Daria Geloshvili, Ekaterina Kossova, Elizaveta Minaeva, Evelina Simonova, Elizaveta Smirnova and Agnia Tulupova scored 224.7291 points.
According to the results of the competition, Chinese athletes won gold medals (229.0186 points), and the Spanish team won bronze medals (221.0962 points). The World Aquatics Championships are held from July 11 to August 3.
On the same day, Russian synchronized swimmers Olesya Platonova and Alexander Maltsev became silver medalists in the free mixed duet program at the World Aquatics Championships in Singapore. The Russian pair received 323.4438 points for their performance.
