UK opened a criminal case after an explosion in an apartment building in Saratov

The Investigative Committee (IC) of the Saratov region opened a criminal case after the explosion of a gas-air mixture in an apartment building on Blinova Street in Saratov. This was announced on Thursday, July 25, by the press service of the ministry.

"UK investigators have opened a criminal case on the provision of services that do not meet safety requirements in connection with the collapse of part of an apartment building in Saratov," the UK Telegram channel wrote.

Work continues at the scene to search for people who may be under the rubble. An investigative team went to the scene of the incident. After the end of the rescue operations, the scene will be examined and a set of necessary forensic examinations will be appointed, the Investigative Committee said.
