The servicemen spoke about the use of the Courier robotic system

Servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces (AF) of the Vostok group of forces spoke about the use of the Courier ground-based robotic system in the area of a special military operation. This was announced on July 25 by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

"It's controlled literally like in a computer game, everything is on the keys. There's nothing complicated. Some buttons are responsible for the movement of the turret, others for turning," said a fighter with the call sign Koma.

The robotic complex is used in the Yuzhnodonets direction to provide fire support to assault units, defeat fortified targets, as well as conduct reconnaissance and perform engineering tasks.

The tracked track and low platform allow the Courier to operate effectively in urban areas and rough terrain.

"The platform has proven itself as a reliable means of supporting assault units, capable of performing a wide range of tasks on the line of combat contact," the Defense Ministry concluded.

A day earlier, Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov instructed his soldiers to prepare for the use of components of a promising digital infrastructure. In addition, during the meeting with representatives of the military authorities, issues of digital development were discussed. According to Belousov, information interaction should increase the awareness of commanders in the combat zone.
