Putin instructed to continue serial production of Yasen-M submarines

Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday, July 24, instructed to continue the serial production of multipurpose submarine cruisers of the Yasen-M project.

"It is important to continue the serial production of the Yasen-M project submarines. Further, the urgent task remains to increase the potential of non—nuclear submarines," he said during a meeting on the development strategy of the submarine forces of the Russian Navy.
