The average cost of a used crossover in Russia has been named.

In the second quarter of this year, the average cost of cars from the SUV segment (crossovers and SUVs) in the Russian secondary market decreased by 7.5% year-on-year and amounted to almost 1.54 million rubles. The experts of Avto Avto told Izvestia about this on July 24.

Interest in used SUVs among Russians increased by 11.1%. The most in demand in the second quarter were Toyota crossovers and SUVs (8.8% of the interest), Lada (8%), BMW (6.6%), Hyundai (5.6%) and Nissan (5.5%). Among the models, users were most interested in LADA 4x4, Chevrolet Niva, Kia Sportage, BMW X5 and Toyota RAV4.

The average prices for a number of models decreased by more than 10%. The most noticeable decrease was in the price of SUV brands Geely (-13.9%), Renault (-12.6%), Nissan (-9.1%). Among the models, the Hyundai Tucson (-12.3%), Geely Monjaro (-12%), Renault Duster (-10.8%), BMW X6 (-10.5%) and Mitsubishi Outlander (-10.3%) had the highest dynamics.

A similar trend is observed compared to the first quarter of 2025. The average price decreased by 2.7%, supply increased by 13.9%, and interest increased by 4.2%.
