A technical malfunction and a human factor are considered as the version of the AN-24 plane crash. This was reported on July 24 to the Eastern Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia (IC RF) for Transport.

"Several versions are being developed at once. The first is a technical malfunction, and the second, as a rule, is a human factor, violations during the flight," First Deputy head Vladimir Anufriev told TASS.

The disappearance of the passenger AN-24 with people on board became known earlier in the day. It was clarified that the aircraft of Angara Airlines was en route Khabarovsk – Blagoveshchensk – Tynda and did not pass the checkpoint 15 km from the final destination.

Later, the wreckage of the plane was found 15 km from Tynda in the Amur region.
