Earlier in the day, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky expanded the composition of the Ukrainian delegation for talks with the Russian Federation from 12 to 14 people.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the meeting would discuss draft memoranda that the parties had exchanged at the previous round. In addition, there will be a conversation about the continuation of mutual exchanges of prisoners of war.
