Medinsky commented on the possibility of a meeting between the presidents of Russia and Ukraine

Russian Presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky, who heads the Russian delegation at the talks with the Ukrainian side in Istanbul, commented on a possible meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky on July 23.

Izvestia correspondent Anton Zolotnitsky asked an aide to the Russian leader if he had heard statements from the Ukrainian side that the issue of a meeting between the presidents of the two countries might be considered during the negotiations.
