Armenia, Azerbaijan and the United States have probably agreed on a memorandum of understanding on the creation of the Zangezur Corridor, which is called the "Trump Bridge" in the document. This was reported on July 23 by the Spanish edition Periodista Digital, citing sources.

According to the publication, the journalists managed to get acquainted with the confidential document with the assistance of representatives of the Armenian Diaspora in France who have connections in the Armenian government.

"The memorandum provides for the implementation of the project of bilateral regional defense gates and the Trump Bridge economic corridor. This 42—kilometer-long transport corridor will pass through the Syunik region of the Republic of Armenia," the article said.
