The second floor of the building was completely burned out, the veranda and roof were damaged throughout the entire area. This is reported by the Pskov news feed.

During extinguishing, the body of a 40-year-old man was found. According to preliminary data, the cause of the gorenje could be an emergency operation of electrical equipment.
