An Islamist who planned arson at an oil processing facility was detained in Kuban

Employees of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation stopped the activities of an attacker who planned to set fire to the dormitory of an oil refinery in the Kuban. This was announced on July 23 by Daria Kamenshchikova, the official representative of the Federal Security Service of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory.

"The Federal Security Service of Russia for the Krasnodar Territory has prevented a terrorist act planned by a citizen of one of the CAR countries on behalf of an international terrorist organization at an industrial oil refining facility in the region," the message says.
