The Investigative Committee organized an investigation into poisoning in kindergartens in Kamchatka

A check was organized on the poisoning of pupils in kindergartens in Kamchatka. This was announced on July 23 by the press service of the Investigative Department (SU) of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia for the region in the Telegram channel.

"According to preliminary data, on July 22, 2025, several pupils of kindergartens No. 1 and No. 9 were admitted to the Yelizovo medical institution with signs of intestinal infection after eating," the department said.

It is specified that the minors were provided with outpatient care. Hospitalization was not required.

Based on the results of the pre-investigation check, a procedural decision will be made in accordance with the requirements of the law, the UK added.

On February 12, in the Kamchatka Territory, investigators organized a procedural check of a school where several children were poisoned after breakfast. According to preliminary data, in one of the schools in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, students ate cutlets for breakfast, after which several children felt abdominal pain.
