Congressman Turner told the pranksters about the impossibility of Ukraine joining NATO soon

On July 23, Russian pranksters Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexey Stolyarov (Vovan and Lexus) presented a prank with American Congressman Mike Turner, who previously also served as head of the intelligence committee of the US House of Representatives and former head of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.

During the conversation, the politician expressed his disappointment with the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky.

"I was disappointed with Zelensky's behavior, but I think that needs to change. I do not know who from his environment will influence him, but I was disappointed by his behavior. But I don't think he's convinced that peace is possible, and I think he definitely needs to come to the negotiating table more convincingly," he said.

Further, when asked about Ukraine's accession to NATO, Turner stated that it was impossible to do so in the near future. According to him, Kiev "has a long way to go" to join the military bloc.

"I think people support the aspiration of the President [of the United States Donald] Trump's call for peace. And I think it's incredibly important," the congressman concluded.

On July 16, the head of the foreign Affairs committee of the French National Assembly (Parliament), Bruno Fuchs, in an interview with Vovan and Lexus, spoke about Paris' unwillingness to send troops to Ukraine. In addition, Fuchs believes that French President Emmanuel Macron has no interest in the opinion of voters on the Ukrainian conflict.

On April 29, the pranksters presented a conversation with Joe Wilson, a member of the US House of Representatives, in which he supported Ukraine's accession to NATO. During the conversation, the bloggers reminded Wilson that the American leader does not support this idea. The congressman did not agree with this decision.
