The prosecutor's office approved the charges in the case of the attempted murder of Prozorov.

The Moscow Prosecutor's Office has approved an indictment in the case of the attempted murder of ex-lieutenant colonel of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) Vasyl Prozorov. This was announced on July 22 by the metropolitan supervisory authority.

"The Moscow Prosecutor's Office has approved an indictment against Rostislav Zhuravlev, Ivan Paskar and Vladimir Golovchenko <...> A preventive measure in the form of detention has been chosen for the accused," the Moscow Prosecutor's office's Telegram channel says.

Depending on their role and degree of involvement, they are charged under articles on terrorist attack, illegal acquisition, transfer, storage, transportation and carrying of explosives and explosive devices, as well as articles on the illegal manufacture of explosive devices. It is specified that the criminal case will be sent to the 2nd Western District Military Court for consideration on the merits.
