The monthly payment for a preferential car loan, depending on the region, will average 44 thousand rubles for a car with a conventional internal combustion engine and 196 thousand rubles for an electric car. The average interest rate on loans for the purchase of new cars is 27.6% per annum, and the term is four years. The cost of a car with an internal combustion engine under a preferential program is about 1.7 million rubles, and an electric car is 4.5 million rubles.

The loan amount for cars with internal combustion engines will range from 1.1 to 1.5 million rubles, taking into account the discount from the state. The loan amount is affected by the borrower's category and region of residence. At a given rate level, the monthly payment for a car with an internal combustion engine will range from 39.5 to 51.5 thousand rubles. The probability of approving a loan for a car with an internal combustion engine increases if the borrower has an income of 79 to 103 thousand rubles, while the debt burden indicator (PD) should not exceed 50%. For Russians with earnings from 132 to 172 thousand rubles per month, on average, such a loan will not exceed 30% of income.

The amount of a car loan for an electric car under the specified conditions is 3.8 million rubles, the monthly payment for such a loan is 133.1 thousand rubles. To receive a car loan for an electric car, the income level must be from 267 thousand rubles per month for a personal income tax of 50%.

So, if you take a preferential car loan for Lada Granta (the best-selling car in the Russian Federation), which costs 1.1 million rubles, the monthly payment on it will amount to 30.7 thousand rubles. In the case of Lada Vesta (1.74 million rubles) and Niva Legend (1.14 million rubles), loan payments amount to 48.2 thousand and 31.7 thousand rubles, respectively.

As for electric vehicles, for example, the loan amount for the Russian-built Voyah Free model is 5.6 million rubles, and the monthly payment is 192.7 thousand rubles. The payment for car loans for the Evolute i-Pro and i-Joy, which are also issued in the Russian Federation, is 56.3 thousand and 106.3 thousand rubles.
