In Khakassia, the director and deputy director of the state budgetary institution Respharmacia were detained on charges of large-scale fraud and abuse of office, they caused damage to the federal and regional budgets in the amount of more than 1.4 million rubles. This was announced on Tuesday, July 22, by the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Republic of Khakassia.

A criminal case has been opened on this fact under Part 3 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Fraud committed by a person using his official position on a large scale") and paragraphs "d", "e" of Part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code ("Abuse of official authority by a group of persons by prior agreement, from another personal interest").

"In the period from January 2024 to June 25, 2025, the director of the institution employed her deputy for drug provision as head of a pharmacy in the village of Bely Yar and head of a pharmacy in the village of Kopyovo, Ordzhonikidze district, concurrently," the agency's Telegram post says.

It is specified that the accused entered false information about the number of working hours in the time table. In addition, the man did not fulfill his official duties. Thus, the defendant was illegally paid a salary in excess of 250 thousand rubles.
