Footage from the crash site of a KAMAZ shift truck into a ravine in Yakutia on July 21 was at the disposal of Izvestia.
The video shows traces of a runaway car, piles of debris and the car itself, as well as a dented driver's cabin, damaged roof and broken windows of a heavy truck.
The administration of the Neryungrinsky district reported that a day of mourning has been declared in connection with the tragedy on the territory of the Denisovsky mining and processing complex.
"The national flags will be lowered at half-mast. It is recommended to cancel all entertainment and sports events in the city of Neryungri and the settlements of the district," the administration wrote on its Telegram channel.
The press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia reported on the same day that a shift bus left the road and overturned in Yakutia. Later, the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations said that 13 people were killed and 20 injured because of the incident. A criminal case has been opened into the incident under Part 3 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
