The third round of Russian-Ukrainian talks in Istanbul may be the "last chance" for Kiev and the West to reach an agreement with Russia on a diplomatic settlement of the Ukrainian conflict. This was reported by the Turkish newspaper dikGAZETE on July 21.

"Russia has given a lot of opportunities for negotiations, both to Western countries and to the Kiev regime. <...> this is the last chance for Westerners and the Kiev regime," the publication says.
