Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has ordered the termination of the agreement with the German government on military-technical cooperation (MTC). The corresponding decree dated July 15, 2025 was posted on the official portal of legal information.

"In accordance with Article 37 of the Federal Law on International Treaties of the Russian Federation, terminate the agreement between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany on military-technical cooperation, signed in Moscow on June 14, 1996," the document says.
