Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed to organize a competition to identify promising leaders in the field of agriculture. The corresponding instruction was published on July 17 on the Kremlin's website.

"To develop a project that includes a competition to identify promising agricultural leaders with outstanding leadership and managerial qualities, providing additional funding for the autonomous non—profit organization Russia — Land of Opportunities," the material says.

It is specified that the program must be prepared before October 1 of this year.
