The Russian Foreign Ministry has declared the right to use force against countries that help Kiev.

Moscow has the right to strike at military installations of countries that allow Ukraine to strike with its weapons deep into Russia. This was announced on July 17 by the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova.
"Moscow considers itself entitled to use weapons against military installations of countries that allow Kiev to use its weapons to strike deep into the Russian Federation," she said at a briefing.
