"In the city of Osan, 52 kilometers south of Seoul, a retaining wall collapsed on a moving vehicle, killing the driver. In Sosan, a man with cardiac arrest was found inside a flooded car on the road, he was taken to the nearest hospital, but he died," the newspaper adds.
Heavy rains are expected to continue in the country until Saturday.
