The Kiev regime is preparing a provocation with the release of ammonia at an enterprise in the Novotroitsk district in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) in order to accuse Russia of creating the disaster. This was announced on July 17 by the head of the radiation, chemical and biological protection forces of the Russian Armed Forces, Major General Alexei Rtishchev.
"The fact of the deployment of antenna mast equipment by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a large ammonia distribution point near the village of Novotroitskoye has been established," he is quoted as saying in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
