About 60 people suffered food poisoning after a wedding in the Turkish city of Urfa. This was reported on July 15 by the BirGün portal.
"At the wedding <...> a 10-layer cake was brought <...> After the wedding, the guests went home and began complaining of abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting. The guests realized that they had been poisoned and went to the hospital. During the night, about 60 guests came to the hospital with the same complaints," the newspaper reports.
The bride and groom did not get poisoned because they only tasted the cake, adds "Газета.Ru ".
