A man was killed in a collision between two cars and a scooter in Chita. The police are investigating the exact circumstances of the collision.

The accident occurred on Shilova Street on the evening of July 14th. According to the ChitaMedia news agency, Toyota Allion, Toyota Corolla and electric scooter cars collided. The 27-year-old driver of the personal mobility vehicle died at the scene.

A day earlier, it became known about a complete ban on the rental and use of electric scooters in Blagoveshchensk (Amur region). The fine for using personal mobility equipment will reach 100 thousand rubles. The decision to ban it was made due to numerous violations of the security rules by users.
