The American company Nvidia has again received permission to return to the Chinese market with H20 artificial intelligence chips. This was reported by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) on July 15.

It is clarified that such a statement was made after a meeting between the company's executive director Jensen Huang and US President Donald Trump. According to the newspaper, the company was able to get official permission again only "a few days" after this meeting.

"The administration stated that Nvidia will receive permission to sell the H20 chip after receiving licenses from the Ministry of Commerce," the publication says.

In addition, Nvidia has also developed a new artificial intelligence (AI) chip for China, which will be useful for production automation and logistics, this chip is "built on the Blackwell architecture, Nvidia's most advanced on the market."

The Financial Times (FT) newspaper reported on April 17 that the US House of Representatives is investigating the use by the Chinese DeepSeek AI corporation of American Nvidia chips, the export and use of which have been restricted. It is clarified that representatives of the Republican and Democratic parties have written to Nvidia requesting information on sales of the company's products to China and Southeast Asia.
