Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin has signed an order on the development of a multifunctional information exchange service, the national messenger, which is being created on the basis of the recently launched MAX platform. The corresponding order was published on July 15 on the government's website.

"The Communication Platform company, a subsidiary of VK Holding, will be responsible for the operation and development of the multifunctional information exchange service," the statement said.
