There will be 16 new bus shelters in Vladivostok in 2025. They will be installed as part of a program to improve the transport infrastructure. Most of the facilities have already been put in order. The pavilions had their roofs renewed, benches repaired, and plexiglass walls installed.

According to the PrimaMedia news agency, the pavilions have been repaired at all key city stops. Some facilities were renovated at the beginning of the year. New structures are expected to be installed by the end of October. They will appear both on the mainland of Vladivostok and on Russian Island.

The city authorities promise that all new facilities will be ready for operation by the end of the year.

Earlier it was reported that new tactile signs have appeared on the streets of Vladivostok to ensure comfortable movement of people with visual impairment. Visually impaired and blind people use them to get information about where they have come from, how to cross the road or safely bypass an obstacle.
