A woman who planned to commit a terrorist attack against one of the senior officers of the Russian Ministry of Defense in Crimea was trained in Ukraine. This was reported on July 14 by the Federal Security Service (FSB).

It is specified that an agent of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) contacted the suspect when she arrived in the country for a new passport. The agent fully investigated her fascination with military subjects, and recruitment for her took place in the quest format.

Later, the person involved agreed to cooperate and chose the call sign "Hachiko" to contact the curators.

"The recruited agent received sabotage skills in navigating the terrain, removing and laying caches, firing small arms and throwing hand grenades," the FSB officer said.

Earlier that day, the FSB detained a woman who was planning to commit a terrorist attack against one of the senior officers of the Russian Ministry of Defense. It was noted that the woman was recruited by the SBU. According to their instructions, she was supposed to blow up a Russian serviceman in his personal car on the eve of Victory Day in May this year.
