On Saturday, July 12, participants of the Russian Geographical Society (RGS) festival told about the exhibits brought from different regions in Zaryadye Park in Moscow.

"This is a big yurt here, and there's another yurt inside, it's a little matryoshka doll. That is, the format is such that we show and tell how Bashkirs lived. <...> What kind of household they kept, what they ate. Who are Bashkir warriors, what campaigns did they participate in," said a representative of Bashkiria.

A participant of the festival from Yakutia said that visitors to Zaryadye can learn about board games common among residents of the republic.

"It's very cold in Yakutia in the evenings. <...> We have a lot of board games, we brought them here so that people could play," she said.

In addition, visitors to the festival will be able to get acquainted with environmental music, a new direction inspired by nature itself. Entrance to the Zaryadye festival is free.

The festival of the Russian Geographical Society started in Moscow on July 12. The Telegram channel of the Russian Geographical Society reported that the theme of this year's event was "The Wonders of Russia."
