An agent of the Ukrainian special services detained in the Bryansk region reported that he had been organizing caches since April 2024. The footage was published on July 11 by the FSB Central Control Center.

"On the instructions of the Ukrainian side, he organized several caches on the territory of the Russian Federation. We have been doing this since April 2024," the detainee said.
